Our Catchment Area

N4, N8, N15, N17, N22

Appointments can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

If you are in the area for a short time we may only be able to see you as a temporary patient. Our staff can advise you. If you have come from overseas there is no automatic right to free treatment under the NHS. The rules are complicated and depend on your normal country of residence and the purpose of your stay.

In case of emergencies we will endeavor to accommodate patients according to their needs.

Please telephone our reception or come in. Please make a separate appointment for each family member. A standard appointment is ten minutes. Bear in mind that there is a limit as to how many problems the doctor can cover adequately in that time. If you do not have an appointment and need to be seen urgently we will try to fit you in but be prepared to wait.

It is most important you let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment so the staff can offer it to another patient. We record DNA’s where we are not informed in the medical record. It is now possible to order repeat medication on the internet (hornseyparksurgery@nhs.net).Additionally, www.patient.co.uk provides information on a variety of medical conditions and self help groups.
